Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, hard-working, and detail-oriented Content Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation
• Assist in developing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimised content for our website, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Social Media Management
• Support the management and growth of our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics.
• Research
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform content strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Monitor and report on the performance of content marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing manager and other departments to ensure content aligns with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Skill Requirements:

• 2 Years of Experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management or a similar role is preferred (but not required).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
