About Our Client

We’re disrupting the traditional recruitment model with our subscription-based video-driven job search platform. As a Graduate Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in our growth, working closely with startups, scaleups, and enterprises to showcase the value of Employmi’s services.

The Role

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and energetic graduate who’s eager to kick-start their career in sales. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and converting them into paying customers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills, work in a high-energy startup environment, and earn an uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Conduct product demos and explain the benefits of Employmi’s platform to potential customers
  • Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM records accurately
  • Work closely with marketing to align outreach strategies and campaign
  • Provide feedback to the product team to improve the platform based on client insights

About You

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Passionate about sales, startups, and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient and able to handle objections with confidence
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential
