The Role

As a Graduate Digital Content Marketing Executive, you'll be the creative force behind our digital presence. This freelance role is ideal for a graduate who’s eager to kickstart their career and build an impressive portfolio while working with a dynamic, innovative company.

You’ll play a key role in crafting engaging content that highlights Employmi’s unique value, from email campaigns and social media campaigns to employer branding materials, to help increase candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Write and design compelling blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and other marketing assets.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow Employmi’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, creating scroll-stopping content.

Employer Branding Support: Collaborate with our team to create standout employer branding materials for clients.

SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized to drive traffic and engagement.

Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of digital content and suggest improvements.


What We’re Looking For

You’re a creative, tech-savvy graduate with a flair for storytelling and a hunger to grow in the digital marketing world.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Exceptional writing skills with a knack for engaging, persuasive content.
  • A basic understanding of SEO and social media algorithms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, or other content creation platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A genuine interest in recruitment, technology, and employer branding.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or Premiere Pro) for TikTok and Instagram content.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT for idea generation and workflows.
